It’s been a while since I’ve posted a blog income report. There’s been a lot going on over here. For one, I got married two weeks ago! I’ve been planning the wedding for over 2 years and it finally has come and gone. Can’t wait to share more about that. But honestly, my blog was put on the back burner from April-June! My best friend got married in April, my bachelorette party/bridal shower was in May, and June was my actual wedding. Now that the wedding is finished, I can get back to regularly scheduled programming. I’m looking forward to sharing these income reports again and I hope you find these helpful or interesting!

- Growth Tracking & Review – income reports will help me keep track of my expenses and actually force me to review T&T’s progress on a month-to-month basis. It’s so important to look at numbers and data, but sometimes that is a task that gets put on the backburner. This information will help me pivot my growth strategy and cut expenses when needed.
- Transparency – being transparent about the numbers will help our readers understand how we make money and what we spend money on. I hope this will help take the mystery out of how to make money as a content creator.
- Inspiration – sharing these numbers will hopefully inspire others to start charging for their content creation.

June 2022 Notes/Takeaways
Alright! I’m feeling good about this month’s income report. Cutting expenses has been really important to me, especially since I just spent a lot of money on a wedding this month.
- One expense I’m cutting for July is my PR manager. I’ve decided to pause her services for now and see if I can manage handling deals myself to cut costs. She is amazing and I may hire her back closer to the holiday season.
- I’m so grateful that brand deals have been consistent each month! The $7,000 we made was from 2 deals, both with long-term partners aka my favorite clients to work with.
- My next big expense will be camera equipment. It’s time for an upgrade. Especially since my autofocus feature just broke on my nifty fifty lense. When I hit 15,000 followers on Instagram, I’m going to treat myself to new gear.
