There are so many skills to learn as an influencer, such as photography, negotiating, navigating brand deals, and more! Yes, you can probably google or YouTube a lot of information on your own, but taking a course will accelerate you to the next level. It will also save you a TON of time! Here are the 3 best influencer courses, especially if your goal is to go full-time with content creation. I took these courses personally and found them to be super valuable.
1. Emma’s Edition How to Negotiate (Paid) Brand Collaborations
This course was the most helpful course I’ve ever taken. If you’re an influencer who has landed several brand deals but aren’t sure how to negotiate and ask for more, this course is for you. Emma shares several email templates on how to navigate different scenarios as a content creator. Specifically, she shares how to negotiate timelines, money, and deliverables. She shares real-life email examples and wording on how to respond to the brands.
Seeing real-life examples and being given the EXACT wording to use when negotiating with brands is a game-changer. Before signing up for her course, I charged $200 for brand deals. A month after taking her course, I negotiated my first 4 figure deal!
Emma’s course is clear and straightforward and can be finished in 1-2 days. The course contains text and graphics, no videos, so it’s easy to complete. I revisit the course all the time in order to access her email templates. There’s something so nice about not having to freak out when trying to ask a brand to reduce the number of deliverables or to pay me more than they are initially offering.

If you’re new to blogging/Pinterest or even if you’ve been blogging/pinning for years, this course bundle is helpful because it dives super deep into Keyword Research! If you are not doing keyword research, this course will give you the skills and motivation to learn.
Sophia is hilarious and her personality shines through in the course. She’s also super blunt, meaning she tells it like it is. No sugar coating anything! The courses are consist of text + videos, so they can take up to 7 days to complete. But she breaks the lessons into digestible chunks.
She also shares from start to finish how to create a good blog post and how to create a successful Pinterest and literally walks you through how she does her process. Rather than telling you what to do – she shows you.

3. Gwen Lane’s The Spark Society Brand Deal Tool Kit
This course is perfect for beginners looking to figure out how to create a strong online presence. It will give you the foundation needed to start working with brands.
The course includes a mixture of videos, text, and workbooks. When you’re first starting out, workbooks are perfect because you actually have to complete the exercises and do an internal audit of your brand. This course will give you a clear idea of your brand identity, avatar, and your why, which is the key to landing brand deals.
Specifically, the course covers brand deal basics, media kits, pitch templates, and more. There’s a video preview of the course which is also super helpful before making a purchasing decision.
I will say this course prepared me to work with brands because it made me create essential items like a rate card and media kit. It also touches on the basics of pricing and emailing brands. I’d suggest taking this course before brands come to your inbox or when they first start to come to your inbox.
