I love this time of year because it gives us a chance to reflect on the past year and make adjustments for the new year. Personally, I think taking the time to recognize the accomplishments from the past year helps create a productive start to the new year. No matter how little or big the wins are it is important to look at and acknowledge any growth or setbacks from the previous year. I am so excited to share my year recap with you and I encourage you to do a year recap of your own. Now let’s get into looking back at 2019 and forward to 2020!
